- 2 slices Pineapple (fresh)
- 1 Onion
- as needed Balsamic vinegar
- as needed Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 2.1 oz Blanched almonds
- 1.4 oz Extra virgin olive oil
- as needed Sweet paprika
- Pepper

Preparation of Pan-Seared Turkey Thigh with Pineapple
Let’s start the preparation: first, peel and then dice the pineapple.
Next, cut the turkey slices into large chunks and season them with sweet paprika and pepper…
a bit of balsamic vinegar, and some soy sauce. Set aside.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 cup of water, and the flour. Stir and set aside.
Now peel and roughly slice the onion.
In a wok, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and sauté the onion until golden…
add the pineapple and cook for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast the whole almonds for a few minutes, and set aside.
Now heat a non-stick pan on the stove, and cook the turkey, draining it from its marinade.
Once it’s dried out, continue with a drizzle of oil for 5 minutes.
It’s time to add the pineapple and almonds.
Cook for another 3 minutes
After 3 minutes, add the soy sauce, water, and flour mixture you prepared earlier, and cook for another 3 minutes.
until the dish thickens slightly.
Serve when warm.
