Steps
Let’s go to the kitchen
I made the panna cotta in some cups, but if you want, you can make them in molds to turn upside down.
Wash the fruit, I chose watermelon and mulberries, but you can choose what you prefer.
Cut half of the watermelon into cubes and place it at the bottom, then add half of the mulberries.
Preparing panna cotta with fruit is very simple: the first thing to do is soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
Pour the milk into a small saucepan, heat without boiling, or heat it in the microwave. Then add the drained and squeezed gelatin sheets.
In a saucepan, pour the cream, add the sugar and the vanilla pod, and place on the heat and, over low flame, constantly stirring, bring to a boil.
As soon as it starts to boil, immediately remove the saucepan from the heat, remove the vanilla pod, and pour in the milk where you dissolved the gelatin, mix to combine the ingredients.
Pour the mixture into the cups with the fruit and finish with the rest of the fruit you set aside
Cool the cups in the fridge for at least 2 hours,
and finally decorate with the topping if you like and mint leaves.
Panna Cotta with Fruit is ready to be served.
Panna Cotta with Fruit can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days
