To make
Wash the green beans,
and remove the tips.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Once boiling, lower the green beans, cover, and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Touch to see if they are tender, as times may change based on seasonality.Then drain and cool with cold water.
In the pan, add the olive oil and chopped onion and let them sauté for 3 minutes.
Once the onion has turned slightly golden, pour the chunks or rustic tomato puree,
Add a pinch of salt, and stir.
Meanwhile, you can put a pot for the pasta on the stove.
Let the tomato cook for 4 minutes, then add the green beans, stir and continue to cook for another 2 minutes, then turn off the heat and add the pasta
