- 2.8 oz gorgonzola
- 1 tablespoon parmesan
- 0.42 cup milk

Steps
Let’s go to the kitchen
Put the water for the pasta on the stove, and in the meantime let’s prepare the sauce.
Clean the mushrooms with a cloth and remove their base. Slice them and set aside one whole mushroom for later.
In a pan, put the olive oil and the whole garlic, so you can remove it later. Let it infuse. When I need to use a little oil, I tilt the pan as you see in the photo.
As soon as the garlic is colored, remove it and add the mushrooms. Adjust with salt and pepper, cover with a lid and let cook for 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat, add the raw mushroom slices, and set aside.
Let’s work on the gorgonzola cream. In a bowl, put the gorgonzola, parmesan, milk, and a little pepper. Use a fork to mash the gorgonzola and then stir to create a cream. Add a ladle of pasta cooking water.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it.
and add it to the mushrooms, and mix well over the heat.
Then turn off the heat and add the gorgonzola cream.
Mix and serve with slices of the raw mushrooms we set aside on top.
