  • 10 1/2 oz pasta

To make

  • Preliminary steps: wash and trim the zucchini, then dice them small and set aside.

  • Put the water for the pasta on the stove, and meanwhile,
    in a large frying pan, add the oil, garlic, and chopped parsley. Let it flavor for a few minutes without letting the garlic color too much.

    Let it stew and stir occasionally. If needed, you can add a bit of pasta cooking water.
