Persimmon and Lotus Pudding

Persimmon and Lotus Pudding

A quick, diet-friendly, no-cook dessert with only 2 ingredients that is making a splash on the web.
Today I want to present it with apple persimmons and also with more firm lotus persimmons. At the same time, we can also make it with bananas.
This is an excellent solution for those who do not like fruit.
The persimmon and lotus pudding can be made with an immersion blender, but it can also be made with a jug blender and even with the Thermomix.
It takes 3 minutes to prepare and after setting in the fridge for 2 hours, we can enjoy it.
Persimmons provide minerals like potassium and vitamins like C, useful for combating water retention. They also improve liver function, helping to eliminate toxins. Furthermore, they are a good source of fiber, valuable for intestinal regularity.
Persimmons are quite energetic due to their high sugar content: for this reason, the consumption of persimmons is not recommended for those suffering from diabetes or obesity, but recommended in cases of lack of appetite, psychophysical stress, and sports.
