- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder (heaping)
- to taste hazelnut spread
- to taste pistachio granules

Alternatively, you could use the classic hazelnut cream or a spread of your choice.
Now let’s move on to the pancakes:
In a bowl or the pitcher of your blender, put the flours, baking powder, and the egg
Mix until the batter is homogeneous.
Slowly pour in the milk and start mixing with a hand whisk.
Mix until the batter is smooth and lump-free
Heat a pan, lightly oil it, and remove the excess with a napkin. Or you can use air fryer spray oil.
Pour some batter in the center of the pan and stop when the batter reaches about 3 inches in diameter.
Cook over low heat until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip over and finish cooking.
Continue like this until the batter is finished, with this amount you’ll get 8 pancakes.
Stack the pancakes and decorate with chocolate spread and pistachio granules.
