Let’s make pork chops alla pizzaiola. How many times have you regretted your pizzaiola meat because it came out tough or stringy? Problem solved!
I wondered, why not make it with pork chops, or the loins that are always taken from the boneless rib containing loin, tenderloin, and central muscle.
Done and done, a great success both in the skillet and with the Thermomix.
For too long, pork has been demonized, yet it has many nutritional properties and is a great source of protein, for maintaining muscle mass and for heart health.

Brown the meat for 2 minutes on each side. Then…
Pour in the chopped tomatoes, a little salt, and oregano.
