Let’s make pork chops pizzaiola style. How many times have you regretted that your pizzaiola meat turned out tough or stringy? Problem solved!
I wondered, why not make it with pork chops, or loins derived from the boned carré that includes loin, tenderloin, and central muscle.
Done and done, a great success both in the pan and with the Bimby.
For too long, pork has been demonized, yet it has many nutritional properties and is a great source of protein, for maintaining muscle mass, and for the health of muscles and therefore the heart.
