Let’s go to the kitchen
To make the Porridge with Chia Oats and Chocolate, place the almond milk, sweetener, rolled oats, chia seeds, and vanilla in a saucepan, cook while stirring for 15 minutes over low heat.
Transfer into 4 breakfast bowls.
Serve decorated with dark chocolate chips.
To make the Porridge with Chia Oats and Chocolate with the Thermomix, place the almond-based drink, sweetener, rolled oats, chia seeds, and vanilla in the bowl, mix thoroughly with the spatula and cook: 15 min./194°F/reverse/speed 1
Transfer into 4 breakfast bowls, decorating with chocolate chips. Enjoy your breakfast
Storage Tips and Variations
Porridge with Chia Oats and Chocolate
You can prepare this breakfast the night before and then heat it in the microwave in the morning.
Chocolate chips can be replaced with almond crumbles or other dried fruits of your choice.
For an even more energetic breakfast, almond-based drink can be replaced with cow’s milk, and chocolate chips with muesli.
