- 21 oz almond beverage
- 0.7 oz sweetener (erythritol)
- 3.5 oz oat flakes
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate chips (or other granules of choice)
- 2 tbsps chia seeds

Steps
To make Porridge with Chia Oats and Chocolate in a small pot, add the almond beverage, sweetener, oat flakes, chia seeds, and vanilla, cook while stirring constantly for 15 minutes on low heat.
Transfer into 4 breakfast bowls.
Serve garnished with dark chocolate chips.

Storage advice and variations
Porridge with Chia Oats and Chocolate
You can prepare this breakfast the night before and then warm it up in the microwave in the morning.
Chocolate chips can be replaced with almond granules or other nuts as desired.
For an even more energetic breakfast, the almond beverage can be replaced with cow’s milk, and the chocolate chips with muesli.
