  • 2 apples (or pears or 6 slices of pineapple)
  • 1.8 oz pear compote (or your choice)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar (or erythritol)

  • 1 Pastry wheel smooth
  • 1 Knife pointed with a smooth blade
  • 1 Brush
  • 1 Apple corer or piping bag nozzle

Steps

Let’s go to the kitchen to make

  • The first thing to do is to turn on the convection oven to 356°F. Now take the puff pastry roll out of the fridge and gently unroll it and place it on a work surface.

  • With the pastry wheel, first make a horizontal cut in the middle of the roll,
    then 2 perpendicular cuts of equal size.

  • Now take a smooth-tipped knife and in each rectangle score an L four times in each corner as in the photo.

  • Peel the whole apples, and then cut 3 discs from each apple. In each disc, use a piping bag nozzle or apple corer to remove the center where the seeds are.
