  • 8 tablespoons jam (I use sugar-free, your choice click)
  • 8 tablespoons almond granules (or walnuts, your choice)
  • 8 tablespoons raisins (or dark chocolate chips)
  • 1 Baking tray release spray
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30 ml milk
  • to taste powdered sugar (optional)

To make the

  • Remove the pastry roll from the fridge at least 30 minutes before, and preheat the oven to static mode at 347°F.
