To make
The first thing to do is to cut half of a whole chicken breast.
If you need to increase the servings, the advice is to prepare the half-breasts individually and then cook them together.
Place a sprig of rosemary and 1 clove of garlic on the cutting board,
and chop them finely, then transfer them to a small bowl.
Add the paprika
and the roast seasoning.
Now mix the aromas together.
Now take the half breast, place it on a sheet of parchment paper, and you will see that it has a natural cut in the middle,
