In a pan or wok, add garlic, EVO oil, and chopped parsley, sauté for 2 minutes.
Now add the artichokes, a pinch of salt, a dash of pepper, and sauté on high heat for a few minutes.
Now add half a glass of water, cover, and let it cook for about 10 minutes, checking occasionally to ensure the water doesn’t dry out.
