- 1 tsp roast spices
- 1 egg
- 5.3 oz ricotta
- 3.5 oz bacon (cubed)
- 2.5 oz smoked provola

Preparation: Savory Puff Pastry Croissants
Take the puff pastry out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before, make a cut in the middle horizontally.
Make additional diagonal and crossed cuts.
In the meantime, you can preheat the oven to 350°F fan, then continue with the recipe.
Sprinkle the puff pastry with roast spices
Distribute a bit of ricotta, bacon, and provola on the wide part of each triangle.
Then roll them. Place on a baking tray and brush with beaten egg.
