- 4 coffee (cold espresso shots)

Single-Serving Tiramisu Recipe
Take the mascarpone and eggs out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before preparation
Beat the 2 egg yolks and sugar with an electric mixer
Gradually add mascarpone until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture

gently fold the two mixtures together with a spatula, using upward motions to avoid deflating the mixture.
Assemble the tiramisu in a glass or jar like this: start with a flat-bottomed glass and pour a layer of mascarpone cream.
Then create a layer of previously coffee-soaked ladyfingers, dust with cocoa, then pour another layer of mascarpone cream.
Dust the tiramisu in a glass with cocoa and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
For decoration, you can add a strawberry and another ladyfinger.

add the mascarpone spoon by spoon, continue until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Place the coffee in a bowl. : take flat-bottomed glasses and pour a layer of mascarpone cream.

Variations
Lemon Tiramisu, just make a soaking syrup for the ladyfingers with limoncello in these proportions: for every 100 g of water 40 g of sugar, heat by stirring, and only when the syrup has cooled, add 30 ml of limoncello or lemon cream. For the cream, just add grated lemon zest to the base cream.
For fruit tiramisu, especially with strawberries: prepare a syrup to soak the ladyfingers like this: for every 100 g of water, 40 g of sugar, heat by stirring.
Only when the syrup has cooled, add 100 g of fruit juice or fruit puree.
For the cream, make the base cream then alternate with layers of fruit salad
For both cases, you can sprinkle with white chocolate flakes, or pistachio granules, or shredded coconut.
Storage
You can store this dessert in the fridge for up to 2 days, do not freeze
