Spinach Tart in Air Fryer
Carb-free recipe, suitable for those following a ketogenic or low-carb diet.
Crispy on the outside with a soft heart, this tart will please everyone.
We start by cooking the spinach in a pan and make a base for our tart enriching it with ricotta, parmesan, and almond flour.
Then in the center, we’ll place some salmon mousse simply by blending the ricotta with the smoked salmon, which you can replace with canned tuna if you prefer.
A sprinkle of almond bits on top and off to the air fryer.
For those who want, this recipe can also be made in a static oven at 356°F.
