Steps
To make
The main thing is to know how to wash them well.
Gently open the corolla and remove the pistil and sepals.
Make sure there are no insects inside.
At this point, separate the petals from the calyx one by one.
Take 4 ceramic cocottes or disposable aluminum ones, and brush them with olive oil.
Line the cocottes with the petals, placing the narrower part of the petal towards the base of the cocotte.
Break the eggs and place them in a dish along with the breadcrumbs we prepared earlier.
Beat with a fork.
Pour a spoonful of egg mixture into each cocotte,
then add an anchovy
and a little diced provola.
Add more egg mixture to each cocotte until full.

In the microwave: place 4 cocottes at a time in the center of your appliance’s plate and cook for 6 minutes at 750 w.

Preheat the oven to 350°F, and only when it has reached temperature, insert the cocottes.
Bake for 8 minutes.
