Swordfish and Fruit Tartare Fingerfood

Swordfish and fruit tartare fingerfood. A fresh idea for a fingerfood or a light and tasty appetizer. You will definitely impress your guests if you present this dish for an aperitif with friends, or even at a seafood dinner, perhaps by the sea.
Swordfish is a good source of proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
Vitamin A protects eyesight, promotes bone development, and tooth growth, while vitamin B12 plays an important role in the production of red blood cells and the formation of bone marrow.
Swordfish in the Strait of Messina is caught with the characteristic boats called “feluche,” equipped with a bridge and an antenna from which the fish is spotted.

Attention, the fish must be previously deep-frozen.
