Preparation: Swordfish and Zucchini Burger
Bimby Recipe.
Start with the main ingredient, make sure the swordfish or other fish is very fresh.
Have all the ingredients ready at hand.
Put a few sprigs of parsley and 1 clove of garlic in the bowl, Turbo for 2 seconds. Collect with a spatula and put in a small bowl.
Get some nice slices cut, remove the skin and possibly the central bone,
Make chunks and set aside.
Put the zucchini sliced into rounds about 3/4 inch thick in the bowl, Turbo for 2 seconds and set aside.
In the bowl without washing it, put the fish now and Turbo for 2 seconds here as well.
Put in the bowl the zucchini you previously chopped, add the eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, the parsley with chopped garlic, and do 30 seconds at speed 4
Collect the mixture with a spatula, and wetting your hands, start forming patties
The patties must be flattened.
Now decide if you want to cook them in the varoma, or in the oven or air fryer.
I baked them at 350°F for 15 minutes.
And another 5 on grill.
Another option is to bread them in corn flakes flour, simply grinding them at speed 10 for 10 seconds.
Then place each patty on top.
And press lightly to adhere the cereals well.
Then proceed with the cooking you prefer.
You can also fry them.
Or cook them in the air fryer after preheating at 375°F for 5 minutes then flip them and cook another 5 minutes.
