- 1 1/2 cups flour (Nuvola Zero)
- 1 lemon (juice and grated zest)
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet gluten-free baking powder
- 4.2 oz erythritol (or 1.4 oz of stevia)
- 5.3 oz 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1 packet vanillin
- 1 pinch salt

Steps
Let’s get started
First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grate the zest of one lemon and collect the juice, peel the apples and slice them, (if you prefer you can leave the peel).Put them in a bowl and pour the lemon juice over, mix so that the lemon blends well with the apples to prevent them from browning.
Sift the flour together with the baking powder and vanillin.
Put all the ingredients except the apples in the mixer or in a bowl and mix with the electric whisk or a hand whisk
Now add half of the apples, and mix with a wooden spoon.
Butter and then flour the cake pan, pour in the mixture and finish by arranging the rest of the apples.
Place the cake pan in the preheated oven at 350°F for about 40/45 minutes. After the time has passed, do the toothpick test; if it comes out dry, you can take it out; otherwise, continue baking for a few more minutes.
When ready, take it out and let it cool
With the help of a plate, flip the Bundt Cake and remove it from the pan.
Serve at room temperature.
