The orange plum cake is made with the help of a blender or food processor, or even with the Bimby.
We will use organic oranges and blend part of them into the mixture, while another part will be placed at the bottom, which, once the plum cake is flipped, will serve as decoration.

  • Preheat the oven to 356°F. Butter and flour a loaf pan, slice an orange and place it at the bottom of the pan, and set aside.
