Trofie with Sausage and Mushrooms (Bimby)

Trofie with sausage and mushrooms (Bimby).
In this recipe, you will find both the classic version and the Bimby version.
It is a dish from Italian tradition that represents the wealth in regions that were once poor, especially those in the South.
Over time, it spread to the North.
In this recipe, I use the thin Sicilian sausage with fennel seeds, provolone, and tomatoes.
If you can’t find it, you can use the sausage from your area, and you can add the seeds during cooking if needed.
