By replacing the plant-based milk, you can make it in the traditional version using cow’s milk.
I wanted to combine the typical English breakfast with the sweetness of the mandarins from my Sicily and the homemade mandarin compote with peel.
It is ready in a few minutes, and you can also enjoy it cold.

- 1.5 cups oat milk (or other plant-based milk)
- as needed almonds
- 40 g jam (sugar-free mandarin)
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tablespoon erythritol
- 1 mandarin

Steps
Vegan Mandarin Porridge
In a small pot, put the oat milk, flakes, erythritol, and cook, stirring continuously for 3 minutes starting from boiling.
Transfer into 2 bowls and let it cool slightly.
Decorate with mandarin compote, chocolate chips, and almonds of your choice.
Serve immediately warm, or if you prepare it for the next day, you can heat it in the microwave
Put the oat milk, erythritol, and oat flakes in the Bimby cup,
Close with the basket and cook for 6 minutes at 212°F speed 1, counterclockwise, then,
transfer into 2 bowls and let it cool slightly,
Decorate with mandarin compote, chocolate chips, and almonds of your choice.
Serve immediately warm, or if you prepare it for the next day, you can heat it in the microwave
