Vegan Mandarin Porridge

Recipe in pot and also with the Bimby.

Tasty and delicious breakfast with an eye on calories and health,
It is a solution for a complete and healthy vegan morning or snack for both children and adults, rich in vitamins, fibers, and vegetable proteins
By replacing the plant-based milk, you can make it in the traditional version using cow’s milk.
I wanted to combine the typical English breakfast with the sweetness of the mandarins from my Sicily and the homemade mandarin compote with peel.

It is ready in a few minutes, and you can also enjoy it cold.
