  • 7 oz whole wheat flour (or millet, teff, sorghum, buckwheat, quinoa flour.)
  • 4 oz erythritol (or 1 oz of stevia sweetener)
  • 5.5 oz seed oil (or coconut oil)
  • 3.5 oz dried fruit
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey (Or 2.5 oz of erythritol)
  • Half packet baking powder
  • 1.75 oz dark chocolate chips

Steps

  • Put the cereals and the dried fruit into a mixer and coarsely chop them, transfer them to a bowl with the flour and sweetener. Add the oil, honey or erythritol, and the eggs, chocolate chips, and start kneading until you get a compact dough.

    The dough should be dense and not too moist; if it is dry, add a bit more oil and honey, otherwise, if it’s moist, add a bit of flour.
