- 2 eggs
- 2 oz breadcrumbs (Sicilian style)
- 0.25 cup flour
- as needed extra virgin olive oil

Preparation for Zucchini Burgers
Wash the zucchinis, cut off the ends, and make slices.
Put them in a food processor and chop.
