I love simple desserts, the ones that smell like home and fill the kitchen with goodness. This low carb apple and chocolate brownie is one of those desserts I often make when I want something delicious yet light
It’s an incredibly easy recipe without refined sugar and with very few ingredients, flourless and no scale needed, very simple to make and so delicious, the apples make the batter moist and soft, while the chocolate adds that irresistible touch that wins everyone over at the first bite.
It’s perfect for those following a ketogenic diet or simply want to indulge in a healthy dessert, with all the taste of chocolate but less guilt just like the keto lemon cookies
However, if you don’t want to make a low-carb version, you can use regular sugar and unsweetened cocoa. I recommend trying it warm, accompanied by a coffee or a scoop of light ice cream, a perfect treat, low carb but full of flavor! To make the brownie, put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend everything except the dark chocolate. Pour the mixture into a small baking dish because the brownie will be small, if you want it bigger you just need to increase the quantities, bake at 356°F for about 15/20 minutes max. Once cooked, let it cool. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler, cut the dessert in half and fill it with a layer of chocolate and then cover the top of the dessert with the remaining chocolate.
