- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 small cup yogurt
- 1 cup sunflower oil

- 1 packet baking powder

HOW TO PREPARE THE APPLE CAKE IN A BOWL WITH ORANGE JUICE
In a bowl, break the eggs and add the sugar, mix with a hand whisk.
Add oil and yogurt then the orange juice, mix everything well
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, then add the
chopped apples, mix everything well and then pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes, but adjust to your oven and do the toothpick test. Take it out of the oven and pour half an orange’s juice immediately over it, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.TEXTURE AND RESULT
