Butter cookies, along with other delicious sweets like creamy chocolate cookies, or soft lemon cookies, are some of the most appreciated desserts for their delicate butter flavor and simplicity in making them. The dough is very versatile, suitable for any occasion like Christmas, Easter, or a birthday party, or to enjoy a good tea with friends. They can also be delightful gifts if packaged in a beautiful gift box with a nice bow.

LET’S MAKE THE COOKIES
In a bowl, whip the soft butter with powdered sugar, add the egg, flavoring, milk, and finally the sifted flour. Form a nice dough ball and let it rest in the fridge for an hour.
