BUTTER RING COOKIES

Butter ring cookies are deliciously crunchy little cookies that are very simple to make and perfect for enjoying as a tasty snack at any time of the day. They are a constant temptation. They keep for several days, although every time I make them they last only two or three days at most in the house because I double the dose otherwise they would disappear immediately. The dough is very similar to the butter cake with jam but in the ring cookies, there is beer, which gives these cookies a delightful crunchiness. Try them and I’m sure they will win you over from the first bite. Let’s see what we need to make the butter ring cookies.

  • To make the ring cookies, you can follow this recipe. After resting, cut many slices of dough, roll them, and shape into rings.
