The creamy orange juice bundt cake, the famous bundt cake that is trending on the web, super soft and with lots of orange juice that makes it truly special. I’ve made the orange juice bundt cake before, but this time, I’ve made it even more delicious by adding a fabulous orange cream without eggs and milk, it’s spectacular!! This bundt cake is special because of the orange juice, which in addition to being one of the ingredients, is also used to soak it after baking, and this step keeps the cake much softer and moister. However, since I added this delicious cream, instead of soaking it, I brushed it with orange juice, and it remained very soft, moist, and creamy. So if you also love soft and moist citrus desserts, you absolutely have to try it, and I’m sure it will win you over, and you won’t stop at just one slice. Let’s see what we need to make the creamy orange juice bundt cake.

Steps
LET’S PREPARE THE BUNDT CAKE
To make this fabulous bundt cake, follow the procedure of this recipe.
I used blood oranges, but regular oranges work just fine
Prepare the cream. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and sugar and gradually add the orange juice, stirring to avoid lumps. Heat until thickened.
After pouring the batter into the bundt pan, make small wells with the back of a teaspoon and pour the cold orange cream into them. I also added some almond flakes, but that’s optional. Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes, but always adjust to your oven and do the toothpick test. Once the bundt cake is baked and still warm, brush it thoroughly with orange juice and then dust with powdered sugar.
