- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (extra dark)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (cold)
- 3/4 cup hazelnut flour
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- flavoring (I use vanilla)
- coffee (to taste)
- mixed nuts (to taste)
- hazelnut chips
- chocolate chips

LET’S PREPARE THE DARK CHOCOLATE ROLL
In a bowl, mix the butter with the cocoa, flours, salt, and sugar, add the egg and the flavoring, mix well to form a nice dough and let it rest for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. After resting, roll it out on a sheet of parchment paper and form a rectangle even if it’s not perfect, it’s okay. Brush the entire surface of the rectangle with coffee, add the coarsely chopped nuts, and then, with the help of the parchment paper, roll it up well and form the roll. Place it in a loaf pan, brush the surface again with coffee and sprinkle with hazelnut chips and chocolate chips. Now proceed to cook it.
