- 180 g sugar
- 350 g all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 orange zest (organic)
- 1 orange (organic for candied fruits)
- 70 g butter (melted)
- 180 g whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- powdered sugar (for sprinkling)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

LET’S MAKE THE CAKE
Put the orange peel with the sugar into the bowl 10 seconds speed 10
Insert the butterfly and add the eggs 6 minutes speed 4
beat for another 6 minutes
Add the cream, cinnamon, butter and the sifted flour with baking powder 8 seconds speed 3
Add the candied fruits and mix quickly by hand. Pour the dough into the star-shaped paper mold and bake at 356°F for about 35 minutes. Once cooked, brush the surface with jam and water that you have previously heated, add some candied fruits on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
METHOD WITHOUT BIMBY
Beat the eggs well with the sugar, they should be frothy, add the grated orange peel, then the butter, cinnamon, cream, and finally the sifted flour with baking powder. Add the candied fruits and mix. Proceed with baking as above.
