Eggless and butterless tart mix everything in a bowl it’s soft and delicious everyone will ask for seconds even if they’re on a diet, an easy and light dessert suitable for those who are intolerant but also for our vegan friends. The tart is one of the most loved desserts, especially the version with soft shortcrust pastry
This time, I prepared a tart that can be eaten by people who are intolerant but also vegans. It’s a very simple dough without eggs and without butter you mix everything in a bowl like for the bundt cakes in a bowl, you don’t have to knead anything and it doesn’t need to rest like the classic shortcrust pastry
However, even without eggs and without butter the result is fantastic, a soft and delicious dessert and the baking powder makes it melt in every bite. For those who love a crunchier tart, I recommend the all crust tart or the crunchy apple tart or one of the five unbeatable shortcrust pastry recipes. But let’s see together what we need to make the eggless and butterless tart mix everything in a bowl it’s soft and delicious everyone will ask for seconds even if they’re on a diet

Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed oil (or 1/4 cup sunflower oil and 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil)
- 1/2 cup milk (or water or plant-based beverage)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (or erythritol)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- flavoring of choice
- light jam
Tools
HERE’S WHAT WE NEED
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Tart pan
Steps
LET’S PREPARE THE TART
Take a large bowl and pour in all the ingredients and start mixing, form a nice soft dough ball. Roll out part of the dough without letting it rest in the fridge, into a greased and floured tart pan or lined with parchment paper, cover it all with the jam of your choice and with the remaining dough, make the classic strips. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 25/30 minutes but always adjust according to your oven. Remove from the oven and if you want, dust with powdered sugar and enjoy this delight.
If you don’t want to use jam even if light, you can make a quick jam with berries, tossed in a pan with a teaspoon of stevia or erythritol, a bit of lemon juice, boil, and then blend everything.
