Fresh and delicious Bimby strawberry jam, perfect to enjoy at breakfast on toasted bread with a bit of butter or to make delicious soft pies, or cakes like the cake with jam.

Making jam with the Bimby is a breeze, but not only jam, for making other recipes too, the Bimby is a great ally in the kitchen for making sweets like the strawberry and custard tart and also for making baked pizza and using the Varoma speeds up the process, everything is ready to be enjoyed in a few minutes.

However, you can prepare the strawberry jam using the traditional method, but if you have a Bimby, try this delight and you surely won’t stop at just one jar. Let’s see what we need to make the fresh and delicious Bimby strawberry jam.

  • LET’S PREPARE THE JAM: Wash and chop the strawberries and place them in the Bimby bowl for 5 sec. speed 5. Add sugar and lemon juice for 30 minutes at 194°F speed 2 without the measuring cup with the basket on the lid to avoid splashes

Thicken for 40 minutes Varoma temp speed 3. If it’s still liquid, continue the cooking for a few more minutes.

LET’S JAR THE JAM: Pour the jam into previously sterilized jars, seal them well and turn them upside down for the vacuum seal. Let them cool and then store them in your pantry.
