As I mentioned above, if you don’t have a juicer, you can still make the tart. You just need to cook the fruit in a pan with a tablespoon of sugar and the juice of half a lemon until it is nice and soft. Obviously, it will have a different texture but it will still be very good and you can use any fruit you want.
