Green lasagna cooked in air fryer, a tasty alternative to the classic and much-loved lasagna with ragu. A typical recipe of Italian tradition that often accompanies Sunday family lunches. This time, I tried the spinach green version and filled it with cooked ham, radicchio, and some dollops of gorgonzola, a real delight, and then cooked them in an air fryer so I can enjoy them even when it’s hot and I don’t feel like turning on the oven. To make the green lasagna, I used ready-made sheets to shorten the preparation time, but you can also make them yourself if you want, along with my light vegetable béchamel sauce. Anyway, I recommend trying them because they are really good. Let’s see what we need to make the green lasagna cooked in an air fryer.

LET’S PREPARE THE GREEN LASAGNA
To make these delicious lasagna, first you need to blanch the sheets in boiling water for a few seconds, then drain them and cool them in a large bowl full of cold water, remove them from the water, and let them dry on a towel.
Start assembling the lasagna. In a bowl, combine the cooked ham, chopped radicchio, almost all of the gorgonzola, a sprinkle of parmesan, and finally, almost all of the béchamel sauce, leaving a little aside. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with béchamel sauce, I used an oval dish for 4 people, add the well-dried green sheet, and cover with some filling, continue like this until you finish the sheets. Finally, on the last layer, sprinkle with some parmesan and a bit of well-drained mozzarella, a few dollops of gorgonzola, and into the air fryer for 20 minutes at 392°F (200°C). The green lasagna is ready to be enjoyed.
