Homemade chocolate nougat is prepared by melting the chocolate and combining it with the hazelnuts without cooking and without difficulty, a delicious dessert perfect for the holidays.

  • 10.5 oz dark chocolate
  • 10.5 oz white chocolate
  • 7 oz hazelnut cream
  • 7 oz toasted hazelnuts
  • 1.75 oz hazelnut crumbs

Steps

How to make simple and quick homemade chocolate nougat

  • Prepare the shell: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and then pour some into the mold. Use a pastry brush to cover it all, let it rest in the freezer for 10 minutes, then repeat the same procedure.

    Prepare the heart of the nougat: Melt the white chocolate and then add the spreadable hazelnut cream, mix well, add the whole toasted hazelnuts and the crumbs, stir, and pour everything into the mold just removed from the freezer. Level well, let cool, and then cover it all with the rest of the dark chocolate. Put it back in the freezer for 1 hour, then unmold and enjoy this wonder.
