LENTIL MEATLOAF RECIPE IN AIR FRYER

The lentil meatloaf is a very tasty main course, easy and quick to prepare, and a great way to get kids to eat legumes. To prepare it, you can use canned lentils or dry ones, but if using dry, you must cook them beforehand, and in this case, don’t discard the cooking water as you can make a delicious lentil soup.
