Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 5 oz sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • flavoring (to taste)
  • 1 espresso cup cappuccino (made with milk and coffee or with 2 tablespoons of instant cappuccino and 1 teaspoon of milk)
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Steps

LET’S PREPARE THE CAKE

  • Put the butterfly whisk in the bowl, add the eggs with the sugar 4 minutes speed 4

    Remove the butterfly whisk and add the oil, flour, water and flavoring 1 minute speed 5

    Add the baking powder 15 seconds speed 5

    Now pour half of the batter into the cake mold, I used a perforated parchment paper sheet for air fryer. Add the cappuccino to the remaining batter in the bowl 30 seconds speed 5. Pour the cappuccino batter over the white one, I poured it by spoonfuls. Place the mold in the air fryer and cook according to the cake program. Mine takes 20 minutes but adjust according to your air fryer. If baking in the oven at 350°F for about 35 minutes. Once cooked, dust with powdered sugar.

    METHOD WITHOUT BIMBY

    Whisk the eggs with the sugar very well, at least 5 minutes they should be very fluffy, then add the rest of the ingredients, lastly the sifted flour with the baking powder then proceed as above. If you want to use the all in one bowl method, follow one of these recipes
