THE MORETTA CAKE, A SOFT AND DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE DESSERT
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- vanilla flavor
- 1 packet baking powder
- powdered sugar (to sprinkle)

LET’S PREPARE MORETTA CAKE
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then add the butter and let it cool slightly. In a large enough bowl, beat the eggs with the yogurt and milk, add the flavoring, and then add all the powders a little at a time, then add the melted chocolate. Pour everything into a greased and floured aluminum pan, the one for cheese crescia, and bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes, but always check with a toothpick. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
