It is prepared in just 5 minutes because the batter is completely blended in the blender, without dirtying bowls and effortlessly.
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 5 oz orange peel (untreated)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 eggs
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

If you have a Thermomix, blend the peels with sugar at speed 10 for 10 seconds first, then add all the other ingredients for 20 seconds at speed 5
Steps
Making this cake is really a piece of cake. Follow these steps, and the scent of orange will fill the whole house!
Place the previously washed orange peels with all the white part in the blender, with the pulp make this orange and carrot bundt cake in air fryer, it’s fabulous. Blend everything for a few seconds.
Add the eggs, oil, and milk and finally the sifted flour with baking powder.
Pour everything into a greased and floured bundt pan about 8 inches in diameter and bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes but always do the toothpick test and adjust with your oven.
Once cooked, dust with powdered sugar, and you will smell the amazing aroma!!
