Orange Juice Bundt Cake is so soft and rich in orange juice that it’s hard to stop eating it, one slice leads to another.
I love desserts with oranges and I’ve made several orange desserts like this cinnamon and orange cake, the famous creamy orange cake, and many others that I will list below, but I have to say this one is fantastic, super soft and with a moist texture thanks to the orange juice used both as an ingredient for the cake and to soak the cake after baking. In fact, this is a bundt cake that, after being baked, is soaked with a syrup made from sugar and orange juice, which makes it moist and gives it a fantastic flavor. If you also love desserts with oranges, I recommend you try this bundt cake, and I’m sure it will win you over from the first bite. Let’s see what we need and how to prepare the orange juice bundt cake.

Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- grated zest (1 orange)
- 7/8 cup orange juice
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/8 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- powdered sugar (for optional dusting)
Steps
LET’S MAKE THE BUNDT CAKE
In a large bowl, beat the whole eggs with the sugar until they’re nice and fluffy, add the oil, the grated zest, and the juice, and finally the sifted flour and baking powder. Pour everything into a bundt cake mold; I used a mold about 10 inches wide, and bake at 355 °F for about 35 minutes, but always adjust to your oven and do the toothpick test. Prepare the soaking syrup. Put the sugar and orange juice in a saucepan over the heat and melt the sugar. Once melted, remove from the heat and gently pour the syrup over the entire bundt cake while it’s still warm, and if you like, dust with powdered sugar.
