  • To prepare the cheese balls, follow this recipe. You need to add 2 chopped sun-dried tomatoes. While the balls are resting in the fridge, prepare the cheese stars. Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter and cut as many stars from the cheese slice as there are balls. Peel the cucumber and use a mandoline to create very thin strips. Now assemble your appetizer. Fold the cucumber slice in an accordion style and skewer it onto a toothpick, then skewer the toothpick into the ball and finish with the cheese star.
