QUICK PANDORO CAKE WITH CREAM AND VANILLA

Quick Pandoro Cake with cream and vanilla, a cake that thinks it’s a pandoro with a Wow effect!!

Every year during the Christmas holidays, I prepare lots of sweets like cookies, Christmas bundt cake, and tarts, but I also love bringing very simple desserts to the table, without complications and long leavening times like this Pandoro Cake.

Of course, it has nothing to do with the classic Pandoro that I always prepare every year, but it’s perfect for those who don’t want to get involved in long and complicated preparations. And believe me, if you wrap it well and place it on a beautiful Christmas plate, you’ll make a great impression if you gift it.

Now let’s see what we need to prepare the Quick Pandoro Cake with cream and vanilla.

Gently fold in the egg whites and then pour everything into the greased and floured pandoro mold. Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes, but adjust for your oven. Remove from the oven, let it cool, then remove the cake from the mold and dust with powdered sugar.
