Steps to MAKE THE PUFF PASTRIES
🥄LET’S PREPARE THE PUFF PASTRIES WITH PUMPKIN CREAM
To prepare this dessert, even in a gluten-free or light version for those on a diet, the first thing you need to do is
🍮prepare the cream: Clean the pumpkin and cook it either steamed or boiled, and once cooked, let it cool down and then blend it with an immersion blender until you get a cream. Put the cornstarch in a small pot and add the milk, mix well without forming lumps, add the sugar and the blended pulp, and finally the crumbled cookies, put everything on the stove at low heat and when it has reached a thick consistency, turn off and let it cool.
🥧 NOW PREPARE THE CRUNCHY PART: Open the puff pastry roll, divide it in half, prick it with the tines of a fork, and bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
🥧 AND NOW THE MAGIC!! Spread the cream over the entire surface of one half of the puff pastry, cover everything with the other half, cut into strips, and then into squares, dust everything with powdered sugar, and enjoy these delicious treats
