LET’S PREPARE THE FLATBREAD

  • In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in water if you use fresh yeast or pour the instant yeast always in water and mix, add oil and salt, and finally the sifted flour. Mix everything to obtain a batter similar to a slightly thicker paste as you can see in the photo below. If it turns out too hard, add a little more water, this can depend on the flour.

  • If you used fresh yeast, cover the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes and then proceed with cooking, but if you used instant yeast, proceed immediately with cooking. Below I will explain the difference. Pour the dough into the fryer pan lined with parchment paper and greased with a drizzle of oil, use a spoon dipped in water to help, add rosemary and if you want also coarse salt. Cook according to the pizza program of your fryer. Mine is 392°F for 15 minutes or bake in the oven at 392°F for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy this wonder.
