Yogurt donuts, quick, tasty but above all you don’t have to wait for the long rising times like pizza donuts because they have no rising and are cooked in an air fryer.
When I want something tasty but especially quick to make, I always prepare recipes without yeast like this quick pizza that I find fantastic, but these yogurt donuts are truly delicious and are great to enjoy even instead of a sandwich filled with cold cuts. They are the best and can also be cooked in the mythical air fryer.
I wanted to give these donuts a crunchy note, so I sprinkled them with some seeds which are nothing short of delicious. Still, you can use whatever you like, even just pumpkin or sesame seeds, but try them because I’m sure they’ll win you over from the first bite. Now let’s see what we need and how to prepare quick yogurt donuts without yeast.

QUICK YOGURT DONUTS WITHOUT YEAST COOKED IN AIR FRYER PERFECT FOR A REALLY TASTY SNACK
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 7 oz Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast for savory preparations
- Half teaspoon salt
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- mixed seeds
Tools
YOU DON’T NEED SPECIAL TOOLS TO MAKE THE DONUTS, JUST …
- 1 Air fryer
Steps
LET’S PREPARE THE DONUTS
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the egg. Form a dough ball and divide it into four parts; shape four balls and create a hole in the center to form donuts. Place them on the air fryer tray, brush with the egg, and sprinkle with seeds. Bake at 392°F for about 15-20 minutes. Let them cool and then enjoy as you like.
HERE ARE SOME VARIATIONS: IF YOU DON’T HAVE AN AIR FRYER, YOU CAN EASILY BAKE THEM IN THE OVEN. IF YOU DON’T LIKE SEEDS, YOU CAN ALSO OMIT THEM, THEY’LL STILL BE DELICIOUS. YOU CAN ALSO FREEZE THEM, YOU JUST NEED TO LEAVE THEM OUT FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES AND THEN REHEAT THEM, THEY WILL BE AS GOOD AS FRESHLY MADE.
