HOW TO MAKE BEAN GNOCCHI IN JUST A FEW MINUTES

  • PREPARE THE DOUGH: Blend the beans with an immersion blender, season with salt, and add a drizzle of oil. Add enough flour to form a soft and workable dough.

    PREPARE THE SAUCE: Sauté the garlic clove with some oil, and if you like, add some chili pepper. Add the washed and chopped tomatoes, season with salt and flavor with parsley, cook for about 15 minutes.
