  • PREPARE THE DOUGH: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the flour a little at a time, form a workable dough and keep in mind that it will remain a bit sticky, add 2 more tablespoons of flour if it seems too sticky.

    SHAPE THE DONUTS: Break off pieces from the dough, I made them about 60 g (2 oz) each, make a ball and then with your finger or a spoon handle make a hole in the center. Roll all the donuts in granulated sugar and let them rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Before baking, sprinkle the donuts with powdered sugar and bake at 356°F for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
